Site Commander connects five surfaces into one live system. Whoever walks in and however they sign in, the platform holds one answer to the question that matters: who is on site right now.
Site Commander is a cloud access control and workforce management platform. Physical gates and turnstiles, a desktop app, a branded iPad sign-in kiosk, a visitor pre-registration portal and an admin console all feed one live register, one audit trail and one emergency roll call.
The surfaces
Five ways in, one truth
Each surface is built for the person standing in front of it: the contractor at the turnstile, the visitor on their phone, reception at the desk, the operator across an estate.
Access hardware
Turnstiles, speed gates and doors driven by PKI-secured controllers with NFC credential readers, in both directions. Offline gates queue scans and replay them when the connection returns, so a network drop never loses a record.
Desktop app
The daily tool for reception, security, HSE and site admins on Windows and macOS: live dashboard, attendance, personnel, credentials, visitors, audit and the emergency roll call. It updates itself silently, so nobody maintains it.
iPad sign-in kiosk
Self-service sign-in and sign-out for contractors and visitors, branded with your logo and welcome message. No usernames or passwords on the device: trust is bound to the hardware itself.
Visitor pre-registration portal
A public, mobile-first form visitors complete before arriving, from a unique emailed invite link. No account, no app to install, and no advertising trackers anywhere on it.

Scenario 01 · The expired induction
The kiosk says no, politely and in red
A contractor's site induction expired on Sunday. On Monday morning the kiosk rejects their sign-in outright with a clear red screen and the exact reason. No gate pass, no grey area, no relying on someone at reception remembering. Training and access are one loop: the certificate register physically gates the way in.
Scenario 02 · The expected visitor
The kiosk already knows them
A visitor fills in the pre-registration form on their phone on Tuesday night, from an emailed link. On Wednesday morning they are on the kiosk's expected-today list: one tap pre-fills their whole sign-in, host included, and reception sees them arrive in real time. First impressions, handled.
