The Site Commander kiosk is a branded iPad app with four large tiles: Contractor, Visitor, Pre-registered and Sign out. Forms are defined per site from the admin tools and update live on the kiosk with no app release. Returning visitors are recognised from their mobile number and their previous answers are pre-filled.

Large tiles, arm's-length type, audio cues and haptics. The kiosk assumes site conditions, not showroom conditions.
Returning visitor recall
Enter a mobile number and the kiosk finds the last visit, asks 'Are you [name]?', pre-fills every previous answer and skips rules already accepted.
Pre-registered fast lane
A searchable expected-today list. One tap and the visitor just confirms and continues.
Site rules gate
Your full site policy on screen, and sign-in is only recorded after it is accepted. Rules stay reviewable afterwards.
Crew sign-out
Multi-select sign-out with a review sheet and a deliberate countdown, built for a supervisor signing out a whole gang at end of shift.
Credential issue at the kiosk
A searchable picker of available credentials, revalidated by the platform at the moment of submission.

Every field, label, order and validation rule is configured from the admin tools. Kiosks update live with no app release and no visit to the wall mount.
Enforcement at the door
An expired induction rejects the sign-in outright with a clear red screen. Expiring soon shows an amber warning with the exact date.
Polish for 24/7 mounting
Animated ambient background, idle screensaver with clock for burn-in protection, connection status light, and clean timeouts so a visitor never faces a hung spinner.
Zero-login device security
No usernames or passwords on the kiosk at all. Trust is bound to the hardware, and admins can remotely reload, restart or block any kiosk instantly.
