Site Commander

An induction that is not enforced is a suggestion

Site Commander closes the loop between training and access. Courses are built in-house, completed at a walk-up kiosk, certified on the spot, tracked to expiry, and enforced physically at sign-in.

Site Commander includes an induction course builder with video, audio and assessments, a self-service training kiosk that prints certificates on the spot, expiry tracking with dashboard tiles, and enforcement at the door: an expired certificate stops the kiosk sign-in.

Create and deliver

From course to certificate without a classroom

Course builder

Sections and items combining text, images, video and narrated audio with multiple choice and true-or-false assessments. Draft and published lifecycles keep works in progress private.

Pass thresholds you set

A configurable pass mark per course, 80% by default. Requirements bind courses to all contractors, all employees or named individuals.

Walk-up kiosk training

Choose training, enter details, complete the course, get assessed. No login and no account, so a new contractor is inducted the morning they arrive.

Offline-first delivery

Course content including video is cached to the training kiosk's local disk, and completions recorded offline upload automatically when connectivity returns.

Certificates on the spot

Every pass produces a certificate with a human-readable number, tied to the person, site, induction and attempt, printed there and then.

Expiry tracking

A certificate register with valid, expiring-soon and expired views, plus dashboard tiles for completions today, in progress now, expiring this week and overdue this month.

Enforce

The loop that makes it compliance

Certificates gate site entry

An expired induction rejects the kiosk sign-in outright with a clear red screen. There is no informal way past it.

Warnings before the cliff edge

Expiring-soon certificates trigger an amber warning at sign-in with the exact date, and a reminder at sign-out to renew before the next visit.

Click through to exactly who

Every dashboard tile opens the list of people behind the number, so 'six expiring this week' becomes six names and a plan.

Evidence on demand

Certificates are tied to the person, the course version and the attempt, so an auditor's question has a specific, printable answer.

Book a demo

Close the loop between training and the turnstile.

In the demo we build a course section, pass it at the kiosk, print the certificate and then watch an expired one get stopped at sign-in.
