Product · Emergency roll call
When the alarm sounds, you have the list
An evacuation is the worst possible moment to discover your systems need the network, a login, or a person who is on holiday. Site Commander treats roll call as a life-safety feature and engineers it accordingly.
To run a roll call in Site Commander, a fire marshal presses one red button in the desktop app. A live muster list of everyone on site appears, sorted by surname, with first aiders and incident response members highlighted. It prints as a stamped A4 muster sheet and keeps working even if the network, the platform or the login is unavailable.
In the moment
Built for hands that are shaking slightly
Everything about the roll call assumes stress, noise and hi-vis gloves.
One press, no confirmation
The red button is permanently visible and activates immediately, because in an evacuation speed matters. Leaving emergency mode requires a deliberate press and hold.
The whole site, one screen
Everyone on site, sorted by surname, with name, type, company, credential, sign-in time and last-seen zone under a large live headcount.
Live during the evacuation
The list shrinks in real time as people badge out at the muster point. The number on screen is the number still unaccounted for.
Trained responders highlighted
First aiders and incident response members are tagged on screen and on the printed sheet, so the marshal knows who is in the crowd.
A muster sheet you can hold
A branded A4 sheet through the native print dialog, stamped with site name, generation time and activation time. Zero people on site still prints a positive confirmation.
Works with the network down
The app continuously snapshots the on-site list to encrypted local storage. If the connection dies, roll call renders from the snapshot behind an honest 'data as of' banner.
Never blocked
A login screen has no business in an evacuation
Roll call is reachable from the sign-in screen and even from a failed device check. A session expiring mid-evacuation never interrupts the list. Drivers, visitors, contractors and staff are all counted, because everyone on site is in attendance tracking. This is the difference between a report and a life-safety feature.
Three independent routes in
From the app, from the sign-in screen, and from a failed device check. The roll call does not care what state the software is in.
Everyone counted, always
The muster list is the attendance register. If someone is on site, they are on the list: no separate visitor book to fetch, no drivers forgotten in the yard.

Book a demo
See the roll call in action.
In the demo we activate emergency mode, watch the list update as people badge out, and print the muster sheet. It takes about ninety seconds and it is the ninety seconds that sells the platform.
