Site Commander provides a cloud access control and workforce management platform for working sites. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website, www.sitecommander.co.uk, and gives an overview of how the platform treats data processed on behalf of our customers. What this website collects
As little as possible. This website carries no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts. If you contact us or book a demo, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, and your message. We use them to reply and to arrange the demo you asked for, and for nothing else.
How we use enquiry data
We use your enquiry details to respond to you, to arrange and follow up a demo, and to prepare a quote if you ask for one. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Data in the Site Commander platform
When customers use the platform, they record data about people on their sites: personnel records, attendance, visits, credentials and training records. That data belongs to the customer, who acts as data controller. Site Commander processes it on their behalf to provide the service. The platform is designed privacy-first: visitor confirmation pages mask personal details, and the public visitor portal carries no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts.
How long we keep enquiry data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any commercial relationship that follows from it. If you would like your enquiry data deleted, email us and we will do it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
