07:00 · The morning rush
A new subcontract crew arrives
Six new operatives from a groundworks firm sign in at the kiosk. Two have no induction yet: the kiosk stops them with a clear reason and points them at the induction kiosk, where they complete the course and print certificates. By 07:40 all six are through the turnstile and on the register.
11:00 · The site walk
The principal contractor asks for numbers
The live dashboard answers before the question lands: how many on site, split by company and type, who is in the restricted zone, and which gate is queueing. When commercial asks for a subcontractor's hours, the movement report exports as a PDF.
14:30 · The alarm
A drill, taken seriously
The fire marshal presses the red button and walks to the muster point with a live list. First aiders are highlighted, drivers and visitors are on it too, and people disappear from the list as they badge out at the muster gate. The printed sheet goes in the drill log.
